Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also quite spacious, providing ample storage and a completely renovated bathroom. It was exactly the quiet retreat I was hoping for. The location was perfect, just a block away from the Duomo and within walking distance of all the must-see attractions in Florence. However, the dining options were a bit limited and overpriced, dampening an otherwise fantastic experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impressively clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, making me feel truly welcomed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of attractions nearby. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money!
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious for European standards, very clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being just a block away from the bustling Duomo. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me in finding great local restaurants and making reservations. The location was amazing, tucked behind the Duomo and offering easy access to all the main sights in Florence. However, the dining experience, while decent, lacked variety and freshness in some breakfast items.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed, but a bit cramped with four single beds in the family room. The service was wonderful, with staff being efficient, warm, and extremely helpful. The location was perfect, near all the main attractions, making it easy to explore Florence. The dining options were good, offering a variety of choices. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms were very accommodating, spacious, and well appointed, making it ideal for big Tuscan lunches. Although the street-facing room could be noisy due to tourist activity and street cleaning, it comfortably accommodated my family of four in separate beds. The service was exceptional, going out of their way to assist us both before and during our stay. The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the Duomo and surrounded by conveniences like the delicious Gromm gelatteria. The dining experience offered a variety of breakfast options, but some items were lacking in quality. The hotel's facilities were adequate, but some aspects fell short of expectations.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The location is exceptionally convenient for exploring Florence, and the rooms, though small, were very clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The dining options were decent but could use some improvement in the breakfast selection.
